FR613 is a specialized flame retardant for TPU (polyester, polyether type). FR613F flame retardant is subject to the provisions of the European Commission RoHS Directive, REACH, and IEC 61249-2-21 policy regulations. It has excellent characteristics such as low filling amount, significant flame retardant effect (achieving 3.2Mm and 1.6Mm UL 94 V-0 levels), no precipitation and whitening in raw materials, not easily hydrolyzed, and excellent production and processing characteristics. The enterprise's products can meet many industry regulations such as electronics, electrical equipment, cables and wires, and are suitable for the current regulations on TPU flame retardant efficiency, low smoke and non toxicity, and green environmental protection. TPU specific flame retardant is used as an additive flame retardant in TPU with a flame retardancy rating of UL 94 V-0, and its actual flame retardancy is excellent. And it has the advantages of easy extrusion processing and no corrosion of molds.

1. Adding 6% -10% to polyester TPU achieves 3.2mm V0 grade (UL 94), and adding 9% -12% achieves 1.6mm V0 grade (UL 94).

2. Adding 25% -35% flame retardant to polyether TPU can achieve V0 levels of 3.2mm and 1.6mm (UL 94).

3. Processing and granulation are required for use.

四、Storage and transportation

1. This product has a net weight of 20kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical;

2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally affected by moisture, it can continue to be used after drying at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours.
