Description
I. Product Overview
FR108 is a specialized flame retardant designed for silicone rubber. It complies with the regulations of the European Commission's RoHS directive, REACH, and IEC 61249-2-21. FR108 boasts low additive content, outstanding flame retardant properties, no bleaching or migration in raw materials, resistance to hydrolysis, and excellent processing characteristics. This product meets the requirements of various industries such as electronics, electrical equipment, cables, and wires, fulfilling the current demands for high flame retardancy, low smoke emission, non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness in silicone rubber. FR108 also exhibits ease of extrusion, fluidization, and non-corrosive properties towards molds.

1. The product is packaged in 25kg net weight bags and should be transported as ordinary chemicals.
2. FR108 should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If the product is stored for a long time or accidentally gets damp, it can be dried at 80~110℃ for 2~4 hours before reuse.
IV. Recommended Formulation Example
With this formulation, the flame retardancy can achieve UL94 V-0 rating for 4 mm thick sheet or equivalent to GB B-1 level.
