Product advantages:
FR103 is a halogen-free flame retardant with a phosphorus nitrogen structure and does not contain formaldehyde. Meet the environmental requirements of Rosh and Reach in the European Union. It is a high degree of polymerization crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate coated with melamine formaldehyde resin based on APP101, which is insoluble in water at room temperature. This product has better dispersibility and flame retardancy, high permeability, low cost, and is not easy to precipitate and whiten.
Application:
Application:
FR103 is suitable for flame retardant of various types of fabric materials. The specific uses are as follows:
1. Applied to fiber materials. (Paper, wood, car fireproof cloth, fiber material fireproof);
2. Applied to various outdoor waterproof, sun resistant, and fire-resistant polymers;
3. Fire protection treatment applied to high-end building wooden boards;
4. Applied to textiles.
Instructions:
The product is prepared into lotion according to the concentration of 5-50%, and then the fabric is soaked for 1-3 times and dried in the oven to form a long-term flame retardant.
Storage and transportation：
1. This product has a net weight of 25kg per package and is transported as a general chemicals;
2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally damp, it can continue to be used after drying at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours.
