Product advantages:
APP101-S is a phosphorus nitrogen flame retardant that does not contain formaldehyde. It is modified by continuously encapsulating crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate with silane. So, compared to uncoated type II ammonium polyphosphate, this product has better dispersibility:
1. Significantly reduce solubility in water;
2. Significantly reduce viscosity in solution;
3. Significantly increased the compatibility of flame retardants with polymers and resins;
4. Increase the flowability of the powder;
5. Improve heat resistance and arc resistance.

Application:
APP101-S is suitable for all occasions where uncoated Type II can be used. The water solubility and viscosity of APP101-S have significantly decreased. These characteristics determine that it can be applied in outdoor expansion coatings that require water resistance, as well as in expansion flame retardant systems of polymers (PU and EP). The specific uses are as follows:
1. Applied to fiber materials. (Paper, wood, car fireproof cloth, fiber material fireproof);
2. Applied to various outdoor waterproof, sun resistant, and fire-resistant polymers;
3. Fire protection treatment applied to high-end building wooden boards;
4. Applied to epoxy resin and unsaturated resin;
5. Applied to cables and rubber;
6. Applied to the casing of electrical equipment;
7. Applied to textiles
Storage and transportation
1. This product has a net weight of 25kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical;
2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally damp, it can continue to be used after drying at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours.
