1、 Product Introduction
FR604 is an environmentally friendly flame-retardant masterbatch used for polyolefin cable protective covers, which does not cause allergic reactions to the skin and has a low odor. FR604 flame retardant masterbatch is applicable to the provisions of the European Commission RoHS Directive, REACH, and IEC 61249-2-21 policy regulations. It has low filling amount, obvious flame retardant effect, is not easy to precipitate and whiten in raw materials, and is not hydrolyzed. Excellent production and processing characteristics, the products used for production meet numerous industry regulations such as electronics, electrical equipment, cables and wires, and are suitable for black LDPE material. They have high flame retardant efficiency, low smoke and non-toxic properties, and are environmentally friendly. The flame retardancy has excellent practical effects. And it has the advantages of easy processing such as extrusion and injection molding, and does not corrode the mold.

1. This product has a net weight of 25kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical;
2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally affected by moisture, it can continue to be used after drying at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours.

The flame retardant formula can achieve UL94,4mm sheet, V-0 grade, and oxygen index of 30, or national standard B-1 grade.
