1、 Product Introduction
MPP401A is an environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant; Also known as melamine pyrophosphate, it is a flame retardant containing nitrogen and phosphorus. The product is a white, fine powder with outstanding advantages such as good thermal stability, insolubility in water, low smoke emission, and non hygroscopicity. MPP has excellent high-temperature processing performance. During endothermic decomposition, it generates a foam like coke layer, which covers the surface of the combustor and acts as a barrier to air. The vaporized melamine provides an inert gas source, which can dilute oxygen and the concentration of combustible gas generated by the decomposition of high polymers, so as to achieve flame retardancy. Fully comply with the EU RoHS environmental directive and relevant domestic policies and regulations for flame retardant materials that are halogen-free, low smoke, and environmentally friendly. Advantages such as not corroding the mold during the processing.
