1、 Product Introduction
FR107W is a white environmentally friendly flame retardant specifically designed for EPDM and nitrile rubber. It can be compounded with magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide without causing allergic reactions to the skin and has a low odor. FR107W flame retardant complies with the provisions of the European Commission RoHS Directive, REACH, and IEC 61249-2-21 policy regulations. It has excellent characteristics such as low filling amount, obvious flame retardant effect, no precipitation and whitening in raw materials, not easily hydrolyzed, and excellent production and processing characteristics. The enterprise's products can meet the requirements of many industries such as electronics, electrical equipment, cables and wires, and are suitable for the current regulations on high flame retardant efficiency, low smoke and non toxicity, and green environmental protection of EPDM rubber. The flame retardancy has excellent practical effects. And it has the advantages of easy processing such as extrusion and fluidization, and does not corrode the mold.

1. This product has a net weight of 25kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical;
2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally affected by moisture, it can continue to be used after drying at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours

The flame retardant formula can achieve UL94,4mm sheet, V-0 grade, or national standard B-1 grade.
