FR602F is a low halogen new environmentally friendly flame retardant suitable for homopolymer and co polypropylene flame retardancy. It is mainly used for PP blown film, drawing, and foaming. The effective substance is a reactive N, Br, P composite flame retardant. Low addition amount, it can almost meet the halogen-free requirements in modified PP products (below 2000ppm according to IEC61249-2-21 requirements), widely used in blown film, drawing, and foaming of PP products.

1. Low addition amount, used for copolymerizing PP, with an addition amount of only 1-3%, can achieve UL94 V-2 (self extinguishing after ignition ≤ 3s);

3. No precipitation, with minimal impact on the overall performance of the product;

1. It is not recommended to use it together with octabromoether flame retardants, as it may cause the product to turn gray and dark, affecting its appearance;

2. It is not recommended to use PE wax, stearic acid lubricating and dispersing agent systems, and EBS is recommended;

3. Calcium carbonate cannot be used for filling, and 0-20% talc powder, precipitated barium sulfate, etc. can be used for filling;

4. This product is also suitable for homopolymer and copolymer PP composite systems.
